Team coaching - Multi indication development program
The challenge was to shape a strategy for a compound with 3 potential indications across different therapeutic areas and different views among senior management. We led a workshop to ground the team in a common strategic framework, coached them to think through the vision for the compound and the prioritization of the indications. We then helped the team develop a story for presentation to management.
Skill building - Critical Thinking and Presentation course
The objective of the course was to improve Clinical Trial Leaders’ skills in developing and presenting clear proposals to their management. The team needed to build a convincing case for a compound the organization did not really believe in.
